GENERAL
How
does the program work?
A group orders pens or keychains that are designed according to
their specifications and can use them in a variety of ways. Items
can be customized with a school
or group name, team name, mascot theme, or phrase and can be used to raise funds
or for recognition and ‘thank you’ gifts.
How
might my group use preassembled items?
Pens and keychains are fabulous items to use for fundraising. Sell them at special
events, sporting events, group activities, etc. They are a great way to show
pride, promote team spirit or a group theme and are popular with all sorts of
groups. The items are also useful as giveaways, “thank you” gifts
and award or recognition ideas.
Do
you offer any design beads other than the 96 designs shown?
Yes. If you are looking for a certain design that is not in the selections shown,
please contact us and we will gladly try and accommodate you with beads used
in one of our company’s other divisions.
Do
you assist with design recommendations?
Yes, we welcome your questions! We’ll gladly offer suggestions and ideas
to best fit your group’s needs.
Can
I place an order for items that have first name personalizations?
Yes, items can be made with individual names for an additional $ .25 per item..
Order must meet our general requirements (all pens OR keychains and at least
25 of the same design).
Are
any items besides pens and keychains available?
Yes, in addition to preassembled pens and keychains we offer necklaces that
have ceramic beads on black nylon cording or on a ball chain necklace for
the same prices as pens and keychains. Preassembled photo frames are also
available; call for pricing.

PROFIT & COST
How much can my group make by
selling these?
Groups can profit 50% or more when items are used for fundraising.
The group pays $3.00 - $4.25 per item, depending on
quantity ordered and determines the selling price. We suggest
selling the items
for $6.00 - $8.00, which generates a 50%+ profit.
What is the cost of preassembled
items?
Our preassembled pens and keychains cost $3.00 - $4.25 each,
based on quantity ordered, which includes a name,
word or phrase and one
design bead. Items can have up to eight letters and
one design bead, plus 2 spacer beads on a keychain. Additional
design
beads can be
included on keychains only for $.25 per design bead.
What is the
shipping charge?
Shipping charges range from $10.00 - $30.00 depending on number
of items ordered. See order form for breakdown.

ORDER
DETAILS
What is the minimum number of
items a group must order?
Preassembled item orders require a 25-item minimum. Better
pricing is offered for greater quantities. All items
must be the same (pens
OR keychains) but the design of the items can be different
(a minimum of 25 of the same design is required).
How soon can I expect delivery
after an order is placed?
Once an order is placed, you can expect delivery within 10 business
days. Rush orders are accommodated when possible.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, print out the order form from
our site, complete all information and fax or mail as directed. Telephone
orders are also accepted.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment may be made by check, money order, credit card or purchase order
(official PO document required).
Must all items ordered have the same spelling?
No, an order can include items with various spellings and/or designs.
A 100-item order can include up to 4 different designs (words or phrases,
design beads, and order of beads). Example: A school with a lion mascot
might order keychains that say: GO LIONS w/ color letters and a football
design bead
CENTRAL w/ black letters and a cheer design bead
LIONS#1 w/ color letters and a lion design bead
CHS w/ black letters and a paw print bead
A 50-item order can include up to two different designs and a 25-item order
includes one design. Additional designs per order – call for quote.
Can
an order include pens AND keychains?
Yes, if more than 100 items are ordered. Once the 100 same-item minimum has been
met, different items can be added in increments of 25. For under-100 item orders,
call for quote.
Can
items include more than one design bead?
Yes, on keychains only. Cost: $ .25 per design bead.
Can
a group’s logo be printed on a design bead?
Yes. The minimum order quantity is 500 design beads. Costs: $.40 per bead plus
a set-up charge of $50.00.

How many colors of letters are available?
Our ceramic letter beads come in two versions: black letters on
white cubes or multi-color letters on white cubes. On multi-color
letter beads, each side of bead has a different color letter:
red, blue, green, orange.
Is there a limit to the number of beads
on an item?
Yes. The per item pricing includes up to eight
letters and one design bead, plus two spacer beads on a keychain. Spacer
beads can be included on pens when
used in place of a letter. Keychains can accommodate additional beads. The
extra charge would be determined by the specific beads added.
How many beads fit on a pen?
Pens can accommodate up to eight letter beads and one design bead.
Spacer beads can be substituted for letter beads.
How many beads fit on a keychain?
The per item pricing includes up to eight letters and one design bead
plus two spacer beads. The number of beads that fit on a keychain varies
depending
on the item design since keychains can accommodate additional beads. The extra
charge would be determined by the specific beads added.
What color ink do the pens have?
Our twist-action ballpoint pens have black ink.
Are pens refillable?
Yes. The specially designed ballpoint refills are available through
Namebeads Fundraising.
How can pen refills be purchased?
The specially designed ballpoint refills may be purchased for $2.00
per 3-pack (plus shipping) from Namebeads Fundraising. Customers
may order refills using the printed informational inserts that
can be enclosed with your items. Items can be individually bagged
with inserts enclosed upon request.
What are the beads made of?
Our high-quality beads are 100% ceramic.
What colors of pens are available?
Pens include (3) colored parts: Tips, barrels and caps. Tips come
in 5 colors, and barrels and caps come in 8 colors.
What colors of spacer beads are available?
Our colored spacer beads come in practically every color - 17 vibrant
colors in all.
Do items come individually bagged?
Yes, upon request. Additionally, bookmark-shaped inserts used
for ordering pen refills and personalized items are available.
